The answer has to reach someone.
A forecast nobody opens changes nothing. Neither does an insight that arrives in a format the person who could act on it does not use. This is the last mile: the applications, the reporting and the orchestration that turn a correct answer into a different decision.
Where a person meets the answer.
Applications people will actually use
The last mile is an interface someone opens on a Monday morning without being asked twice. Built as real software rather than a notebook with a share link, and designed so the answer arrives before the question has finished forming.
- React applications and internal tools
- Search and exploration interfaces
- Embedded analytics in your own product
Reports that change a decision
A finding that nobody acts on is a finding that did not happen. We build the reporting that puts the result in front of the person who can move, in the shape their week already has, rather than in the shape the data happened to arrive in.
- Automated and scheduled reporting
- Narrative and briefing generation
- Board and investor-ready outputs
Multiagent workflows
Real work rarely fits one prompt. It is a sequence with branches, retries, checks and hand-offs, some steps done by a model, some by a tool, some by a person. Orchestration is what makes that sequence dependable rather than merely clever.
- LangChain and LangGraph orchestration
- Human-in-the-loop review and approval
- Retries, fallbacks and audit trails
A scoped first step, not an open-ended retainer.
Engagements are led directly by Rudolph: no hand-off to juniors, no account management layer. Where senior leadership is what you actually need, that includes architecture strategy and talking straight to your board and investors about the trade-offs.
Week 0
A conversation, not a pitch
What you are trying to build, what is currently in the way, and whether this is a problem worth paying us to look at. Sometimes the answer is no, and that is a faster call than most people expect.
Weeks 1 to 4
A scoped assessment
A fixed-price, fixed-length look at the platform as it stands: architecture, cost profile, the failure modes waiting to happen, and what it would take to run this in a year. You get a written document and a prioritised set of options.
After that
Build, lead, or hand back
If the work is worth doing we build it, and assemble the team around it where you need one. If it is not, you keep the assessment and take it to whoever you like. Nothing here depends on us being in the room next quarter.
Got an answer that nobody is acting on?
If the analysis is done and nothing has changed, the problem is usually the last mile rather than the modelling. That is a short conversation and often a short piece of work.
